When it comes to silky smooth locks, perhaps no one in history has had silkier or smoothier hair than Brad Pitt. So it should come as little to no surprise that his daughter Shiloh has some pretty pretty follicles as well. What is surprising is that the nine-year-old’s ’do is actually more reminiscent of a different ’90s heartthrob, none other than the late River Phoenix. Is the flowy, borderline bowlcut of yesteryear is poised for a comeback alongside waist-tied flannels and ripped jeans?
