Antiperspirants that won't stain

Source:

Okay, we haven’t talked about those unsightly tee stains in more than a year, so let’s review. The stains can result from a reaction between your body and one of the components of the product you’re using, aluminum, which is a fine ingredient for an engine block but not the right thing for sensitive underarms. I believe that unless one sweats excessively, there’s no need for antiperspirant. Deodorant will do. And by far the best deodorant I have discovered is a non-aerosol spray from a very fine company called Weleda, which also manufactures homeopathic remedies. Their deodorant comes in three varieties: sage, citrus, and wild rose. For years I have used the sage in the cool weather and the citrus when it’s hot, although sometimes I used whatever I could get, since Weleda is found mainly in health food stores and stock always seemed iffy. I even tried the rose scent last year, when my local retailer was out of the others, and I found smelling like a rose not bad at all. I have recently discovered a way to solve the availability problem: www.saffronrouge.com. They sell the Weleda sprays starting at $10, and they handle lots of other natural products, including a sage-and-black-thorn natural formula from Dr. Hauschka that may be the ticket for roll-on kinda guys.
