Cool haircuts for salt-and-pepper hair

Source:

I’m a salt-and-pepper person, getting saltier by the year. I too have a good head of hair. I’ve tried a few styles over the years but always found myself going back to the short style I wore throughout my thirties. I maintain this cut myself, so it’s the same length every day, but every once in a while I let it go and need some pro maintenance and am forced to describe it. I usually say “Roman emperor,“ but if that doesn’t work I sometimes make myself understood with “short George Clooney.“ I find that long hair looks bad on almost all men over 40, except, of course, Mickey Rourke and Nick Nolte.
