There were two reasons I requested this paddle to review. The first being the novelty factor of having something “imprint” the word SLUT on my ass. The second being that it was an affordable leather paddle of smaller length (only 12″).

The Slut paddle is made by Sportsheets. It’s basically made from two shapes of leather – they are stitched together with a metal flat rod running through for the handle (making it nice and solid) and then left “open” for the paddle part employing a “double slapper” type of paddle. In between the two pieces is a piece of red paper – that’s the red you see in the photograph. It’s sewn in there but for what purpose, I’m not sure. Aesthetics?

The “double slapper” style makes more noise when it hits – one leather piece hits skin, and the other leather piece hits leather, all at once. Lending for something that can sound worse than it actually is. The leather is decent quality; it’s very firm and the edges are not rough.

As a paddle in and of its own right, it’s decent and I’ll keep it in my bag for that purpose.

But the whole point is the SLUT impression it should leave.

And it does – if you hit hard enough. It takes a good powerful solitary whack for the word to become obvious. Perhaps I do not redden as easily as some. Perhaps my skin is not as milky-pale as some. If you are either/both, this would be glorious on you. As it were, it showed up but it was not photogenic. And it took whacks that are beyond my pain threshold.

As Feral Historian pointed out, the Slut Impression paddle, or any impression paddle that has a word on it, isn’t the best for left-handed doms. You either have to have a great backhand swing, or suspend the sub upside down. Seems to me….more work than worthwhile, unless of course you’re a tennis pro.
