If timeouts don't seem to be working on your children, there's a new form of discipline that may humiliate them into listening. A barber in Snellvile, GA recently started offering a free service to parents of misbehaving children in which he cuts their hair to look like that of a balding old man. In the barber's words, "If they want to act grown up, [I will] make them look grown up, too." He says the method is effective, as his 12-year-old son's grades in school skyrocked after the shave. Also, seeing a little kid with a bald hairdo is just downright hilarious.
